These disclaimers form part of Thrml's Terms of Service and apply to all users. Please read carefully before booking or hosting any wellness experience. 1. Marketplace Disclaimer Thrml is a technology platform that facilitates connections between independent wellness space owners and individuals seeking access to those spaces. Thrml is not a wellness provider, healthcare company, medical service, or spa operator. Thrml does not own, operate, manage, inspect, certify, or control any wellness space listed on the platform. All wellness experiences are provided by independent Hosts. Thrml makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, cleanliness, regulatory compliance, or suitability of any listing. 2. Health and Medical Disclaimer Wellness modalities available through the Thrml platform - including but not limited to sauna use, cold water immersion, infrared light therapy, sensory deprivation float tanks, contrast therapy, PEMF therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and halotherapy - may carry inherent physical risks. THESE SERVICES ARE NOT MEDICAL TREATMENTS AND ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. Prior to booking or participating in any wellness experience, you should consult a licensed healthcare provider if you: Have cardiovascular disease, high or low blood pressure, or a heart condition Are pregnant or may be pregnant Have epilepsy, claustrophobia, or sensory processing conditions Have a history of fainting, dizziness, or heat-related illness Have open wounds, skin conditions, or communicable infections Are taking medications that affect heat regulation, blood pressure, or circulation Have any chronic illness, disability, or condition that may be affected by temperature extremes or pressure changes Have recently had surgery or a medical procedure By booking through Thrml, Guests represent that they have assessed their own fitness to participate and assume full responsibility for any health outcomes arising from their participation. 3. Assumption of Risk Participation in wellness activities involves inherent physical risks including but not limited to: Hyperthermia, heat exhaustion, or heat stroke from sauna or steam use Hypothermia, cold shock, or cardiac stress from cold plunge immersion Dizziness, fainting, or disorientation from sensory deprivation or pressure changes Skin sensitivity or reactions from infrared, salt therapy, or PEMF exposure Slipping, falling, or other physical accidents in and around wellness equipment By using the Thrml platform to book a wellness experience, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether or not described above. 4. No Endorsement of Hosts or Listings The appearance of a listing on the Thrml platform does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or recommendation by Thrml. Thrml does not verify Host credentials, professional qualifications, insurance coverage, or regulatory compliance beyond what is required for platform onboarding. Guests are encouraged to review listings carefully, read Host reviews, and communicate with Hosts directly before booking to ensure the space meets their needs. 5. Insurance Disclaimer Thrml does not provide insurance coverage for Hosts, Guests, wellness spaces, or equipment. Hosts are responsible for maintaining their own property, liability, and business insurance appropriate for hosting guests. Thrml strongly recommends all Hosts consult with an insurance professional to ensure adequate coverage. Guests are responsible for their own health, travel, or personal liability insurance. Thrml accepts no liability for injuries, illness, property damage, or loss sustained during a booked session. 6. Access Code Disclaimer Thrml generates automated access codes to facilitate keyless entry for confirmed bookings. These codes are intended for use by the confirmed Guest only within the booked session window. Thrml is not responsible for: Unauthorized entry resulting from access code sharing by Guests or Hosts Technical failures of third-party lock systems or smart entry hardware Loss, theft, or damages resulting from access code compromise Guests must report any access issues to the Host immediately. Hosts are responsible for the security and reliability of their entry systems. 7. Marketing and Social Media Disclaimer Thrml may promote Host listings across social media platforms and digital marketing channels. Thrml makes no guarantees regarding: The reach, impressions, or effectiveness of any promotional activity The number of bookings generated through marketing efforts The accuracy of third-party platform algorithms or distribution Marketing activities are provided as an ancillary service to the marketplace and do not create any additional obligation or liability on the part of Thrml. 8. Platform Availability Disclaimer Thrml endeavors to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Thrml is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime or technical failures. 9. Pricing and Availability Disclaimer Listing prices, availability, and amenities are set and managed by Hosts. Thrml does not guarantee the accuracy of real-time availability data. In the event of a scheduling conflict or Host error, Thrml will facilitate a refund but accepts no further liability. 10. Regulatory Compliance Disclaimer Hosts are solely responsible for ensuring their wellness spaces comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including health codes, business licensing, zoning, ADA requirements, and any permits required for specific modalities (such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy).
